As a well-established and reputable restaurant, we take pride in offering high-quality dishes and fostering a dynamic team environment. Situated just outside the fortifications of Malta’s old capital, Mdina, Il-Veduta is a favorite dining spot for families and food lovers alike.

🔹 The Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen brigade. You will take ownership of your station and play a vital role in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards
• Maintain hygiene and safety regulations at all times
• Collaborate with other chefs to improve kitchen operations
• Contribute to menu development and daily specials

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques
• Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with good communication skills
