General Terms and Conditions

  • Vouchers have no cash value and are non-refundable.

 

Terms and Conditions for online ordering and gift vouchers

Menu currency: EUR

All prices shown on the website are including 18% VAT. 

Actual items may vary from the photos shown on our website.

Items may change according to availability. 

 

Allergens and Intolerances

Our chefs do their utmost and take the necessary precautions and due diligence to prevent cross contamination of allergens whilst preparing the food. However, there is always a minimal risk of cross – contamination, as in our facilities we make use of products such as milk, eggs, gluten, molluscs, crustaceans, mustard, peanuts, other tree nuts, sesame seeds, celery, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, fish, lupin and soya. Although we have strict cross contamination policies, we cannot guarantee a total absence of these products in our items. Customers with food allergies must be aware of this minimal risk.

 

Returns Policy

Orders should be double checked with our team members upon collection.

Cancellation Policy

If orders are cancelled prior 2 working days, no cancellation charges will be incurred. Cancellations need to be confirmed by our team via an email or phone call. No refund applicable for last minute order cancellations.

If a client cancels an order already paid online within the cancellation period limit, Veduta will refund the amount of the order minus 5% of the total value to cover the costs of transaction charges. 

 

Order Collection

Orders may be collected from Il-Veduta Restaurant, Rabat, Malta. Pick up times: Monday to Sunday: Morning: 11.00hrs – 15.00hrs and Evening: 18:00hrs – 22:00hrs.

 

Food Safety

Food hygiene and safety is a priority to us, so we recommend to our clients to follow the below directions to ensure that your food is kept safe and free from the risk of contamination.

  • Food items must be kept refrigerated at 8°C or less.
  • Food order should be consumed on the day of pick-up.
  • Food which needs to be reheated should be thoroughly heated to 75°C prior to serving.
  • Any left-over food at the end of the event should be disposed of.
  • Wash your hands and surfaces prior to handling the food.

 

Payments

Orders can only be paid via a secure online system upon completion of the order.

With regards to credit card payments, we do not keep any information relating to your payment details.  This is handled entirely by a separate online payment system which we have no connection with.  We currently use the services of Trust Payments (Malta) Ltd and more information on how they process your data may be obtained on their website  www.trustpayments.com

When purchasing goods with a credit card, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods ordered. Clients should only make use of their own credit cards.
