Job Summary:
The Restaurant Supervisor, reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, will play a key role in ensuring the efficient daily operations of the restaurant. The position is responsible for maintaining high service standards, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests, and overseeing staff performance. Strong leadership and organizational abilities are essential to support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational excellence.
 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support restaurant staff mainly servers by being hands-on, especially waiting at tables and seating customers.
- The role is also a customer-facing one.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.
- Responsible for the opening and end of day cash reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
